Ehanis shrugs. "Maybe, but at least I hope he don't run it," she says, moving a hand to take the tuirian's off her. "Turians aren't reputed to be good at that, you know."

Sioria takes her hand away and chuckles. "Running a restaurant?" she asks as they near the place. The lovely smells of yummy food start to fill the air. "Never heard of a turian restraunt to begin with."

I've been to turian colonies that see a fair share of tourists. But most of them are probably run by a volus or something.

Ehanis notices the smell of food, but mention nothing about it.

Sioria hms and continues to walk, keeping her hands to herself. They quickly approach the building and Sioria stops outside. "Beauty before beast." she says, gesturing her inside. "Or whatever."

Ehanis smirks before stepping inside, looking around the unfamiliar place.

Sioria follows her in and pulls off her helmet, revealing her freshly painted face. "Alright..." she says, walking forward and looking up at the menu. "Well... I know what I'm having." she says, then looks at Ehanis. "You? Remember, I'm buying. Go nuts."

Ehanis hums thoughtfully as she looks over the menu. "I'll take that," she says, pointing a some sort of sandwich wrap that's rather low on meat with a fair share of salad items. "And a soft drink. I probably haven't seen most of what's here, so whichever is most popular, I guess."

Sioria nods and approaches the man behind the counter. "Number 3 and a number 15, two drinks." she says, looking at the fridge. "erm... that one, aaaaand... that one." She points at two brightly coloured drinks, a levo and dextro choice. She lifts her omnitool and pays for the meal, then walks over to a booth, beckoning Ehanis to follow.

Ehanis follows after the turian, taking the opposite seat in the booth. "I hope you remember which drink is dextro," she jokes.

Sioria chuckles and shakes her head. "We'll know soon enough." she says with a smile, resting her helmet down on the table. "This place is a pretty good place to eat. Boss usually got what you did, said he liked it."

Ehanis nods. "I had something similar at the Respite when I went for lunch yesterday, too," she says. "Uncreative, I know, but I like to play it safe in unfamiliar places."

Sioria smiles, drumming a finger on her helmet. "Yeah, I get that. Stick with what you know." she says with a friendly smile. "Something you know you like."

Ehanis shrugs. "I would probably have picked something at random if I was here for dinner, and have been here before," she says. "That's a bit of a hit and miss, though."

Sioria nods, sitting back and admiring Ehanis' beautiful face now shat she had her helmet off. "Well don't worry. The food here's really good." She looks up for a moment and see's one of the staff members coming over with two trays with each of their meals and drinks. "Speaking of," she says, sitting up to recieve her meal

Ehanis raises an eyebrow. "Fuck, that was fast," she mutters with a as she takes her tray and places it before her, a smile creeping up. "Thanks!"

Sioria grins as the food arrives. "Eh, it looks pretty slow today." she says. "Bet there wasn't any orders ahead of us. Anyway, enjoy!" she says. It looks like she's recieved a shell-less burrito but with turian ingredients.

Yeah, probably.

Ehanis picks up the wrapped sandwich by the thin paper bag it arrived in, inspecing it for a few moments before taking a tentative bite. "Maybe it's just the time of day," she says, "but what do I know. I've yet to see most of the town."

Sioria smiles and digs in with a knife and fork. "Sho..." she says before swallowing. "Ehanis." she takes a sip of her drink after checking what type it is. Dextro. Perfect! "Why SMGs?"

Ehanis raises an eyebrow. "Hm?" she says. "It shoots fast, but can be kept in a pistol holster. And I don't see a reason to buy a rifle." She picks up her glass and takes a sip, seeing as the turian did without any issues.

Sioria hums and swallows another mouthful. "I take it you get all up and personal? SMGs aren't exactly accurate at range..."

Actually, the one I sold was very good at range. I don't like fighting up close, either, and usually focus my biotics on any enemy getting too close.

Sioria frowns. "An accurate SMG? Have they finally done the impossible?" she asks with a smirk. "I honestly prefer the accuracy and damage of a good assault rifle. Punches through shields like nobody's business."

Ehanis nods. "And it's my job to throw them off balance or into the air to make that easier," she says. "Punching through shields don't help if they can just run from cover to cover."

Sioria smiles brightly. "Heh, I guess we'd make a good team then. You drag 'em outta cover and I'll pop 'em." she says, munching on her meal.

Ehanis smirks. "It takes more than that to be a good merc team," she says, "so I hope we get a job in town with some action. It just wouldn't be the same to just guard a store, even if it pays for rent just fine."

Sioria chuckles and nods, almost finished with her meal. "Yeah, me too. You seem like a fun person to work with." she says with a wink. "And you know that if you have rent issues, I can help you out. Still got all those rooms free."

Ehanis shrugs, but takes a bit to respond as she takes another bite of her meal, far from finished. "If sis sticks around, she'll probably cover some of it too," she says. "And I'll probably cut down transport costs if I get to know more people around where I live. Mi' has talked with some of them, and there's two ways they use., either going together with other commuters or tagging along with goods transports."

Sioria nods, slowing down a little. "hmm... yeah, that's smart." she says, then smiles. "Hey, maybe Red Rock will provide transport if they hire us." The turian sips her drink slowly, savouring the taste. "Well, for you at least. I'm pretty much walking distance from anywhere."

Ehanis grins. "Yeah, I hope so," she says. "Or they pay enough to cover it, it'll just be sixty credits per day if I'm lucky and fill up a taxi, even less if I'm not needed at work every day." She takes a large bite of her wrap and another swig of her drink.

Sioria nods. "Yeah, sounds good." she says with a smile.

Ehanis nods. "I think I'll ask what my sister knows about them first, though," she says. "If she knows their boss, maybe I'll have a better chance."

Ehanis remains there for a while before they eventually part ways outside the establishment.
