#Hospital – July 30, 2015

Sioria sits up in a hospital bed, tapping on her omnitool. It looks like she's actually downloaded a silly little game to pass the time it took for the doctors to decide she was healthy, but she still doesn't look any less bored. Her hospital gown feels weird against her firm, Turian skin, making her long for her battle armour, or hell, just some real clothes. She'd wear a hoodie even, just

so she didn't need to bother with the damn gown anymore. The turian female is hooked up to a machine, but it doesn't look too serious. Just stuff to monitor certain things that went up and over Sioria's head. She's a markswoman, not a medic. Finally, she gives up and deactivates her omnitool with a huff, slumping back against the bed, and turns on the TV to watch the mindless parade of soap

operas and game shows shown during the day.

Ehanis shows up at the hospital, and after a bit of asking around, she is eventually directed to the right room. She is dressed in a dark-blue tank-top under a gray jacket, and a matching skirt going down to her knees. A clothing choice she regretted as it's quite chilly outside today. She looks around when she arrives at the room. "Sioria?" she asks.

Sioria blinks and shoots up like a jellyfish had just stung her on the ass. "Ehanis?!" she asks. "Oh thank goodness, I was dying of bordome. Come in, come in!" she gestures over her way and grins a toothy grin. "Aren't you a sight for sore-eyes." She nods at the chair next to her bed. "Honestly didn't know I'd see you here. Probably because I didn't tell anyone I was here."

Ehanis smiles slightly and picks up a chair nearby the door. "I've been meaning to come visit!" She brings it over to next to the turian's bed and sits down. "Sis told me you were here, and now that she's off-world, I won't have to be ready to run an errand any minute."

Sioria grins and watches as she sits down. "Damn, am I missing a mission?" she asks. "Stupid hospital, not letting me get any action..." she reaches out and grabs Ehanis' hand. "Oh hey! Did they let you in yet? They gotta have by now. I mean, last mission was kinda hellish but I've been assured that's not the every-day deakings of Red Rock."

Ehanis thinks for a moment. "At least Ilyna said she'll get me in, but I haven't heard anything from her boss," she says. "And you're right. Sis and Wolfe has been through some horrible crap."

Sioria nods slowly. "Mmm, after that last op, I can see where they get that whole 'grizzled vet' thing from. Hoooooly shit." she closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. "Lets... move away from that, shall we? How're you! I've wanted to call you, just needed to get the hell outta this place first."

Ehanis smiles. "I'm fine. It's been a while since I've hit the bar, but that wouldn't be the same without you," she giggles. "Do you know when they're letting you out?"

Sioria 's eyes grow large. "Tomorrow. We're definitely going to a bar, yes." she says. "I've been dying for a drink, but they won't let me go anywhere near anything fun in here. Took them long enough to figure out all I had was a concussion up here," she taps her head. "nothing serious. Stupid psyche evals... anyway, out tomorrow. Party time, yes?" she asks, squeezing Ehanis' hand with a

grin. "The bosses haven't gotten back to me yet, so I must still be on leave."

Ehanis returns the grin. "One of them is off-world, and the other one is probably busy running this show alone," she says. "I don't think he'll complain if you put off telling him you're out for a while."

Sioria grins and squeezes her hand one more time. "Then its a date!" she says, then blinks. "Err. Not a date? Or is it?" she hums for a second. "We still haven't sorted that mess out, have we. Eh, no worries. That's an issue for future discussion, I'm just glad to have a visitor right now."

Ehanis giggles. "If that's what you want to call it," she teases. "So, do you still have that huge place your team left behind?"

Sioria takes a few seconds to try and hide the feeling of relief that the awkward moment has passed. "Yep! Managed to negotiate a longer lease." she says with a grin. "Why? Looking for a place to crash for a bit?"

Ehanis tilts her head. "Maybe," she says, "but why do you need a place like that, anyway?"

Sioria shrugs and shifts in her bed a little to get comfy. "It kinda reminds me of home. Reminds me of the friends I left behind to stay in the city. Its... well, its home, y'know? Plus I'm sure Red Rock can use it for something or other, so it'll come of use. Plus its a roomy place in the middle of the city. Great location!"

Ehanis grins. "But still, think of how much fun you could have for the creds you throw away to house ten people," she says. "And the agency already have a place that they're fixing up."

Sioria waves a hand a little. "My account's still in the green. Besides, I can't do anything with the place for another month or two, my rent's still good." Sioria grins back at Ehanis. "It is a little lonely there though. There's always room for you, hot-stuff."

Ehanis hums. "I'll consider it," she says. "Mi would probably hate to have to pay all the rent on my place, though, and it's nice and quiet out there. Mostly."

Sioria chuckles and gives Ehanis' hand a pat. "You know she's welcome to come too, the more the merrier. Dunno if its her style, but the offer's on the table." She grins from... well, Turians can't grin from ear to ear, but the sentiment is the same. "I'm really happy you came to visit me, Ehanis. Means a lot."

Ehanis leans forward, and tries giving the turian a hug. "I won't guarantee you won't regret that offer," she says with a giggle. "It's good to see you again, and mostly in one piece."

Sioria wraps her arms around Ehanis and giggles in return. "Mostly, worst is the concussion. Wrecked my ankle too, but that's less annoying. Just gotta try stay off it and wear a boot for a while. Like, a special boot." She gives Ehanis a kiss on the cheek before releasing her. "Wanna see the x-rays? They're pretty neat."

Ehanis grimaces. "Uh, no thanks," she says. "I see enough bad stuff in the field, no need to look at pictures of broken bones." She pauses. "Will you walk normally with it? Might not be a good idea to get wasted if you'll just end up here again."

Sioria shrugs and pulls the covers up, revealing a thin, but sturdy cast around her turian foot. The other remains bare. "Doctors say I can walk, just not a whole lot. So my drinking will be done on a stool and other seating appliances." she says then winks. "Who knows where the evening will take us though. Be gentle."

Ehanis looks over the foot, and grins. "I'll try, but after a few drinks, well... all bets are off," she says. "Maybe the worrywart of a barkeep won't serve us drinks if she know you're injured."

Sioria simply grins. "Then she won't know I'm injured." she says with a wink. "I'll wear my armour and say I stubbed a toe if she asks about the limp." Sioria waves a hand dismissively. "Everything will be fine, we'll get drunk and have the time of our lives as we should."

Ehanis nods. "Just don't expect me to carry you home," she says. "Drunk-biotics just does more harm than good." A giggle follows.

Sioria can't help but snort then laugh at that. "Oh please. You know I'm the big strong one in this little duo." she says with a flex of her bicep. Her strength is rather impressive, that's for sure. "Even on a crappy foot, I reckon I'd be the one doing the carrying."

Ehanis giggles. "I'll be walking home," she says. "Or we could find another bar that'll let us drink until we crawl out."

Sioria chuckles and grins one more. "Then another that will let us drink until we roll out?" she asks, then prods Ehanis' nose. "I wonder how far this trail goes..."

Ehanis hums. "I don't we'll remember," she says. "Hopefully somewhere nice and comfy."

Sioria giggles and squeezes Ehanis' hand. "Maybe in the embrace of a certain Turian?" she asks with an eye-ridge raised.

Ehanis feigns an innocent look. "What, how would you think something like that?" she asks, but she sounds far from serious. Her omni-tool beeps after that, and she glances at the relatively short message displayed before shutting it off.

Sioria grins at Ehanis and giggles a little more. "Oh please, you know you sleep better when you're all snuggled up, all cutesie right next to me." She winks the asari and pats her cheek twice.

Ehanis raises an eyebrow. "I don't know what you're talking about!" she says followed by a giggle. She stands up. "I've got to get going," she says. "Shoot a message my way when you're out, okay?" She leans over her and kisses her on the forehead without offering much warning.

Sioria sighs a little, but smiles. "Well okay. As soon as I'm out the door, I'll let you know." she says, and looks up at the forehead kiss. "What, no real kiss?" she asks with a smirk.

Ehanis grins, and leans in for another quick kiss, this time on the overlip. "It's not really easy with you turians, you know." She then stands up again. "I'll see you on the outside!"

Sioria returns the kiss and grins. "Indeed you will." she gets a good eye full. "Mmmm mm mm. I hate to see you leave, but I love to watch you go..." Sioria says, staring at her rear. She lays back in bed and grins. "I love my life..."

Ehanis giggles. "Weirdo," she mutters, although her tone doesn't imply any offence. She leaves the room without another word.

Sioria calls after her. "You love it!"
