Jessica steps into the room as the door slides open, a wide grin on her face. "So. Guess who just practically begged me to take a full-time job with Redrock." she says loudly and proudly as soon as she's in the room without bothering to look around for Yan Sun.
#YanSun'sRoom – May 16, 2016
Yan Sun is sitting cross legged in the bed, surrounded by a myriad of different holograms, all seemingly coming from a small projector placed in front of her on the sheets. Her hands swipe and prod at the various screens as they float in a semi-circle in front of her, her gaze darting from screen to screen as she works. She's absorbed enough that it takes a moment for her to notice Jessica's arrival, but when she does her focus
Jessica gives a slight shrug, doing her best to look as though it didn't surprise her. "Of course. What did you expect? She talks a big game, but nearly got on her hands and knees, pleading with me to work for her shitty little company." she says with a shake of her head as she approaches the bed and plops down on the other side of the holograms. Yan Sun looks a little annoyed as Jessica swipes at one of her displays, causing it to fly off and start circling around rapidly. This particular screen is displaying a chat window, text scrolling by at breakneck speed. She reaches out to stop it and return the hologram to its proper place before looking back to her. "That's a sharp turn from what that woman said before..."
Jessica frowns as Yan Sun corrects the display. "Mmm. She's fucked in the head. This much is obvious." she says with a shrug, reaching out with an extended finger and tracing it along the edge of the display before giving it a flick. "But it sounds like they might have more work for me before I leave. Which means more credits. Speaking of credits, they paid me! We're rich!" she says, bringing her legs up onto the bed
