Jessica pulls her gaze away from the staircase and rests it back on Yan Sun with a sigh. "Besides. I have work tonight, mmm? Is not time for me to be working already." she decides, giving Yan Sun a little nudge back towards the room. "It sounds like they have taken care of itl anyway." she adds as she starts back towards the door to their room.

Yan Sun lingers a little, but as she hears the doctor arrive she nods. It felt weird to just go back to her room, but it wasn't really her business. She follows Jessica down the corridor and back inside. Her movement is a little antsy as she looks around, obviously still worked up. "屌那星..." she mutters quietly.

Jessica leans a hand against the wall once inside and puffs out her cheeks before pushing all of the air out. "Shiiiit. Maybe Freedom Falls and Adrasteia not so different, mmm?" she says with a short snicker. Just a trip down memory lane for her.

Yan Sun walks further into the small room and then paces back towards Jessica, seemingly just working off excess energy. "I guess I knew it was dangerous here, but-..." she keeps pacing around, despite not really having room to do so. "...that was-... f-... I thought she was going to shoot me for a moment... I was stupid-... I, I wasn't sure what to-... I hope everyone's okay... it sounded under control, right?"

Jessica leans back against the wall and folds her arms across her chest as she studies Yan Sun. She seems to be handling the excitement much better, though her foot is bouncing up and down, a clear indication of the adreneline still coursing through her veins. "I am sure they are fine, kitty cat..." she assures with a shrug. "....Probably.....? Sometimes people get shot, yes? Is not our concern." she adds dismissively. "Why is-...

Oooooh, I forget. On Earth, nobody ever gets shot, mmm?" she continues with a roll of her eye, sounding as if she's assuming Yan Sun is passing judgement on her and her planet.

Yan Sun stops her pacing briefly, scrunching her nose. "What?" she asks, sounding distracted. "Of course people get shot... a lot, actually... but I don't mkae a habit of ending up in gunfights very often! That asari... she just marched in and opened up while I was ordering a sandwich... excuse me for being freaked out!" she says, exclaiming the last part loudly and with clear frustration. She sits down on the edge of the

bed, one of her knees bouncing a little. She almost immediately backpedals: "I-... I'm sorry, I'm just-... just a little rattled..." she mumbles, propping her arms up against her legs and folding her hands in front of her. Her knee is still bouncing.

Jessica scoffs loudly as a scowl crosses her face when Yan Sun begins to get loud. It looks as though she's about to say something, but as their previous argument enters her mind she lowers her gaze to the floor and bites down on the tip of her tongue. After a few moments of silence, her frustration seems to drain away. "You are fine, kitty cat..." she finally says, almost sounding like she's trying to be comforting, but being

comforting isn't exactly her strong suit so it ends up just coming across as dismissive. "They are fine, I am sure..." she trails off. Her gaze moves to the bed and she points at it. "Is going to stink now." she says matter-of-factly, disconnected from everything else she said. "You get booze all over it."

Yan Sun hasn't really had time to notice the rum stench, but as she slows down her racing mind and sniffs she grimaces, and a brief, out of place chuckle escapes her. "Y-... yeah... I do stink, huh?" She glances towards the bathroom. "I should... probably wash up." she says, pushing off against the bed and standing back up. She takes a few steps towards the bathroom and then looks back to Jessica. "You... you're not going to

work yet, right?" she asks, but from her expression and tone seems to hint that the question is more about whether she's going to be around for the afternoon. "I was just-... we could watch something?"

Jessica leans forward to get another whiff of Yan Sun as she passes by. "Is good stink." she says with a grin. At the question, she leans back and shrugs her shoulders dismissively. "Eh... I was planning on going out for a few hours before work. Is some things I need to take care of. I do have a life outside of constantly saving your life, mmm?" she responds with a condescending snicker. She glances towards the door as if

she's eager to leave, but grows conflicted for a moment before groaning and letting out a deep sigh without any context. "Is fine, it can wait..." she says reluctantly, "...What are we going to watch?"

Yan Sun is quite obviously relieved that Jessica is sticking around for a little bit, offering a small smile and a shrug. "I'll think of something good. You don't-... I'll make sure it's not too long." she says with a nod before heading off to the bathroom to wash up.
