Yan Sun is sitting cross-legged in bed, leaned back against the wall as she types on a holographic keyboard, a semi-circle of screens in front of her. She doesn't seem as tired as she often does those nights that she chooses to wait up for Jessica to come back from work, which may have something to do with the multiple empty cans of energy drinks on the nightstand. The TV is on in the background, seemingly having been left to
#YanSun'sRoom – February 17, 2017
play the default programming after she stopped watching whatever she turned it on for - the current broadcast is a rerun of an old turian historical documentary, featuring plentiful CGI recreations of ancient battles coupled with enthusiastic narration. Yan Sun has opted for her GoF t-shirt, hoodie, and a pair of pyjama pants that are either a new purchase or something that's been hidden away at the bottom of her luggage.
Jessica enters the room in usual fashion after a long, uneventful, boring shift down at the dam. The sound of the door opening and closing is followed up by a deep sigh and a tired groan. Dragging her feet behind her, she tugs off her gauntlets and lumbers further into the room. The glow of Yan Sun's screens tips Jessica off to her location before she's able to actually see her. Once she approaches the desk to begin setting her
Jessica things down, she glances over to Yan Sun. "You are still awake." she says plainly, quickly bringing a hand up to her mouth to suppress a yawn. "You are playing your dumb game again?" she asks, obviously still not over the asari huntress who never learned to swim.
Yan Sun 's face lights up when Jessica enters, and she quickly shifts her legs, making a last keypress and then swiping the screens, most of which are filled with code, aside, jumping out of bed and wrapping her arms around the armored woman from behind, giving her midsection a squeeze and leaning in to kiss her cheek. "Hey! Was starting to think you'd run off!" she says, sounding oddly cheerful.
Jessica is obviously caught off-guard by the sudden hug which is made apparent by her dropping her gauntlets to the floor. "Gah! What are you-..." she struggles against the hug for a moment, only relenting as the kiss is pressed against her cheek. "Why you are so happy so fucking early? Mmm?" she asks. It's pretty clear that she's not nearly as cheerful. She leaves her gauntlets on the ground for a moment, allowing herself to remain
Jessica in Yan Sun's hug as she pulls the pistol from her thigh and removes the thermal clip. She gives the safety a check before setting it on the desk. "You are drunk?"
Yan Sun rolls her eyes, giving Jessica another squeeze before letting her go free. "Wh-... no. I'm not drunk. I was jus-... I was waiting for you to come back is all. Didn't really get to see you any earlier today... I wanted to-... well, I just wanted to talk a bit." she says, rapid-firing the words in that way someone on their last burst of energy does. "I've, uh-... I've been working, actually. Not gaming." she says, gesturing
Jessica cocks an eyebrow, giving a brief glance over her shoulder towards the bed as if it may give her some insight into what Yan Sun means by 'work'. It doesn't. Though it does give her a good view of all of the energy drink cans. With a shrug of her shoulders she looks back towards the desk. "Oh. Not drunk. Just being weird." she decides with a nod. She winces and lifts her arms. "Unlatch." she instructs, reaching back to pat at
Jessica one of the latches holding her chestplate in place. "What are you working on, mmm?" she asks, "I thought you have nothing to do. Just sit here and play games all day and wait for me to get home so I can have my way with you." She glances back again, giving a brief grin.
Yan Sun reaches over to help with the shoulder latches, getting one of them, but stopping on the second and narrowing her eyes at Jessica's comment. She can't keep a straight face for long, but she gives her a light shove as she snickers, unlatching the plating. "I reached out to some people I know... it wasn't hard to get hooked up with some basic freelance coding jobs. Doesn't exactly pay great, but it's something." she says
Yan Sun with a shrug before moving on to the lower latches. "I probably could've found something earlier. I... wasn't really trying all that hard honestly. I'm sorry."
Jessica gives a dismissive shrug. She can't be too angry. Yan Sun has paid for most things, after all. "Mmm. Is fine. You are just lazy. I know this already." she says, still deciding to get a jab in. Nevermind the fact she has spent the better part of the day browsing extranet sites while being paid to sit on her ass down at the dam. "Now maybe you will buy me that hat you owe me." she reminds, trying to glance over her shoulder
Yan Sun finishes with the latches and starts to lift the chestplate up over her head now that it's loose. "I will... when I find the right one." she says, unable to hide a small waver in her smile at the reminder. As the armor piece comes off she keeps a hold of it, turning it over to look at the chestplate.
Jessica rolls her shoulders now that she's freed of the somewhat restricting armor. "Mmm. I expect you to spend a lot of credits on it! I do not want some cheap piece of shit!" she says. The chestplate is matte grey. On the upper left is a black insignia. Three lines and a circle. Something Yan Sun would be able to identify as the insignia of the Adrasteia Enforcers. On closer inspection, there's plenty of little scratches back and
forth over it, like someone tried to scratch it off but gave up. Small patches of the armor's color have been permanently withered away. Replaced with black and brown scorch marks. It undoubtedly affects the integrity of the plating. "I have expensive tastes!" she adds. Though that's either quite clearly a lie given everything Yan Sun has seen so far, or she just doesn't know what 'expensive' means.
Yan Sun brushes a hand over the scorchmarks, lingering for a moment on the Enforcer insignia before lowering the armor plate and looking at Jessica. "Did you mean what you said yesterday?" she asks rather abruptly, clearly not having paid much attention to Jessica's talk about the cap. She doesn't specify what she's referring to.
Jessica turns to face Yan Sun and furrows her brow, a frown forming as she catches sight of what Yan Sun is looking at. She snatches the chestplate up once Yan Sun asks her question. "You are saying I am irrational and say things that I do not mean? Mmm? Is that it?" she asks as she tucks her chestplate under her arm. "Yes, of course I mean it. I always mean what I say." She studies Yan Sun for a moment in silence before breaking
Yan Sun blinks as the chestplate is snatched out of her hand. One of her eyebrows rises slightly at Jessica's claim, but the reluctant question promts a subdued snicker and a brief hint of a smirk before her expression turns serious once more. "That... you'll go to Hong Kong with me." she elaborates, studying her reaction intently.
Jessica's gaze falls a bit further from Yan Sun's upon hearing the question and she gives another dismissive shrug of her shoulders. "I show you my home. Is only fair that you show me yours now, yes?" she asks, meeting Yan Sun's gaze again. She gives a quick glance around the room before coldly adding, "Is nothing here for me anymore anyways." Not wanting to linger on that statement for too long, she crouches down to scoop up her
gauntlets and moves to the bathroom to begin putting away her gear in her storage case, leaving the door open as to not just cut Yan Sun off.
Yan Sun 's about-to-manifest enthusiasm is immediately undercut by Jessica's words, and she lowers her gaze as the armored woman steps into the bathroom, admonishing herself inwardly for being so focused on what this meant to herself. "Y-... yeah..." she says quietly, the energy seeming like it's been sucked out of her as she sits down on the edge of the bed, studying Jessica as she strips away her armor plating and stashes it in
Jessica continues to strip down her armor and stow it in her storage case until she's down to her undersuit. "But like I tell you, we cannot leave until I speak to Kirill. He is going to come out next month or something." she calls out from the bathroom. She's either already moved on from wherever her mind was wandering when she spoke up, or in typical Jessica fashion, she's just ignoring it. "And then we can get the fuck out of
Yan Sun brushes some hair out of her face before sliding her hand over to scratch her neck. "Uhm... yeah, about the... 'never looking back' part? I traveled light when I left Earth, but... I have some things now that I can't really bring with me... well, a thing I guess. And... your combat equipment, you can't bring that... I've been trying to figure out what to do about that."
Jessica frowns as she stands up. She looks at herself in the mirror. "What do you-.... Your dumb geth box?" She shrugs, despite the fact that Yan Sun can't see her, "Just throw it away. Problem solved, yes? I will do the same with my shit. If I find someone in Hong Kong that I need to shoot, then I just buy a new gun, mmm?" It's hard to tell if she's joking.
Yan Sun frowns. "The bluebox isn't geth! And I'm not throwing it away! I can't. But... AI are illegal in Council Space. If somebody realizes-... I think it's too dangerous to bring it." She lets out a sigh, looking over at the desk and then scooting back in bed, leaning back against the wall as she was doing before Jessica arrived.
Jessica strips out of her undersuit and stashes that in her case as well before returning her attention to the mirror. She leans in and runs a fingertip along a bit of the scarring on her cheek. "It try to kill us!" she reminds, "Just-... sell it or something. I am sure there is someone who would pay you a lot of credits for it, yes?" she offers. She makes a face at herself in the mirror, biting down and baring her teeth. Deciding
that she's too tired and there's nothing obvious stuck in her teeth, she opts to not brush her teeth and exits the bathroom. "Why you are so worried about this box?" she asks as she moves over to the dresser to look for some clothes.
Yan Sun 's gaze follows Jessica as she heads over to the dresser. The question causes a sigh, and she leans her head back, looking up at the ceiling. "Because there's a living being in it! I-... back on that planet... I-... when I connected to it, it was-... I could feel it. It was-... it was 瘋. I've... never experienced anything like that before. It had been alone so long... it was terrified. It attacked us because it was
scared." She looks over at Jessica again, wondering to herself if she cares at all about any of this.
Jessica pulls a drawer open and rustles through her limited wardrobe for a moment, back to Yan Sun. She doesn't particularly care about any of this. But it's obviously important to Yan Sun. She gives a sigh as she pulls out a pair of pyjama pants and slips them on. "Okay, then how do we get your dumb box-friend to Earth with us? And-... And what then, mmm? What are you planning on doing with that thing?" She pulls a white tanktop
out of the drawer, pulls it over her head, and begins to adjust it as she turns to face Yan Sun. "I get it, kitty cat. You feel sorry for it. It got in your head and now you are feeling like you need to help it, yes? But how are you going to do this? You say it was dangerous. You say you can't turn it back on. Then why do you want to keep it with you so much?" Her tone is mostly just curious. Curious and exhausted from a
Yan Sun gives a small shrug. "Well... I don't know. Not yet. But I'm going to figure out what to do. Maybe with time I can create a safe environment to turn it on in. Or... maybe I can find someone else to take care of it. I don't know..." She turns quiet, studying Jessica for a moment before gaining a small smile. "I'll just need to figure out what to do in the short-term. Maybe I can find a way to take it with us.. or maybe
Yan Sun I'll have to find somewhere safe to store it for a while. Sounds like I'll have some time to figure it out while we're waiting for Kirill... and... saving up some credits. We're going to need more credits if we're going to Earth."
Jessica's frown deepens at the mention of credits. The truth is, she hadn't considered the logistics of it all. For her, it was just about getting on a ship and let Yan Sun handle the rest. She puts that out of her mind for now and props a grin back into place. "It was already inside of your body one time, yes?" she asks as she starts towards the bed and takes a seat beside Yan Sun. She jabs a finger sharply into Yan Sun's side and
draws a square. "Maybe we just cut a big hole and stick it inside of you. They will never find it. Like in the vids, mmm? We will be smugglers."
Yan Sun grimaces at the implication, and then squirms as Jessica prods her side, arcing away from her. "Gahftgh!" she exclaims, shooting her a glare. "Yeah... no." she's quick to respond. She briefly flashes a faint smirk, and then shakes her head with a sigh, looking at Jessica next to her. She seems about to say something, but instead lets out a toughtful hum and looks down at the bedsheets instead. "Didn't think I'd be going
back so soon... wasn't sure I'd ever go back. Buuut you were right. I do miss it. And I want to show it to you. I-..." she turns her gaze back to Jessica, studying her face for a moment. "You've... shown me so much of yourself. I... know that can't have been easy." Her gaze darts down as she reaches for Jessica's hand, giving it a squeeze. "I want to do the same. I want you to know who I am too."
Jessica rolls her eye as Yan Sun gets all sentimental. Her discomfort shows through briefly as she shifts a bit, bringing one foot up onto the edge of the bed. "You are such a fool. I show you a burned down building and some old scars. Do not make it more than it was." she says dismissively, downplaying the importance of the gesture as if it was no big deal as she tends to do anytime something means anything to her, though she
intertwines her fingers with Yan Sun's. Her gaze moves to the floor and she gives a short nod. "But... I would like that. To see you are from." The grin returns to her face and she gains an embarrassed look as she gives a shrug, "...To see where we are from, I guess..." she adds.
Yan Sun doesn't seem all that fazed by Jessica's initial deflection, and she soon gains a small smile, tilting her head to study the side of her face. "Earth is a big place. I mean-..." she frowns slightly and shakes her head. "No, that's not the word... I mean-... it's not like here, where most of the planet is just empty space. Every part of Earth is full of stuff... full of people... and every place is different." She
hesitates for a moment before asking: "Do... you think you'd like to see Turkey? I-... I know it wouldn't be the same as-... I-... I'm sorry. I just-... if you want, we could go..."
Jessica shrugs once again, choosing to look down at their hands rather than think about the question too much. "I don't know... Is-... Me and Martin always talked about-..." she trails off for a moment, biting her lower lip. Usually she does a pretty good job of downplaying things, but it seems like the possibility of actually finally going after all these years of talking about it is finally setting in. "I was just a baby when we
leave. I do not have any memories of Turkey... Maybe one day I will go back." After a moment she grips the skin on the back of Yan Sun's hand between her thumb and index finger and gives a big evil grin as she pinches hard, seemingly more focused on being annoying than continuing to focus on the uncomfortable conversation. Once she's inflicted her pain, she looks back to Yan Sun through her grin and gives a snicker. "For
now, maybe is best if we just focus on how we are going to shove that box inside of you and get you home, yes? Besides, maybe I will meet some hot guy in Hong Kong and leave you for him. Is better if we don't make plans like this." she teases.
Yan Sun winces in pain as Jessica pinches her hand, making a futile attempt to push away from her with her free hand. Quite effectively brought out of the moment, she cradles her hand with a frown as Jessica snickers. She begins to open her mouth to offer a few choice words, but she goes quiet as the specificity of Jessica's teasing misfires, and discomfort flashes across her face. She does her best to hide her reaction with an
Jessica scoots further into the bed, unaware that her teasing may have hit harder than usual. "Is fine." she assures with a shrug of her shoulders, continuing her teasing, "You have me allll to yourself for another month or two." She puts her back to the wall beside Yan Sun, scooting right up against her so that they're shoulder to shoulder.
Yan Sun offers another half-hearted attempt at a smile, although it turns out lopsided, only showing on the side facing Jessica. "Uh-... yeah..." she mumbles, clearly distracted. "Is-... do you... prefer...?" she trails off, wincing and biting her lower lip as she immediately regrets even starting to voice that question. Her insecurity is becoming quite obvious as she stares straight ahead, clearly uncomfortable.
Jessica furrows her brow, gaining a confused look. "Do I prefer....?" she repeats, obviously not knowing how to finish that sentence. "What are you talking about? You are sure you are not drunk, yes?"
Yan Sun sinks a little, looking increasingly uncomfortable and shaking her head. "Nev-... nevermind. Nothing."
Jessica blinks a couple of times as she studies Yan Sun's face. A smile slowly grows across her face, "You don't get out of it that easily. What is it you are asking? Mmm?" she presses, enjoying Yan Sun's obvious discomfort. "Do. I. Prefer...."
Yan Sun frowns as Jessica refuses to let it go, her discomfort now joined by annoyance. "Guys. Do you like guys better?" she blurts out with a grimace, obviously frustrated at this point. She pulls her legs up close, eyes wide now as she starts to feel exposed, staring at the edge of the bed. She says nothing else, focused entirely on staring at a chosen wrinkle in the sheet.
Jessica gives an amused snicker. "Do I like guys better?" she repeats, as if she's considering the question. "Than who...? Women?" And drawing out Yan Sun's discomfort. She lets out a soft hum. A few silent moments pass as she taps a finger to her chin before she decides to ask for clarification. "You are meaning for fucking? Yes?" she asks, glancing to Yan Sun. She's unable to hold in her chuckle and she finally gives a shrug of
her shoulders. "You are worried about this!?" she asks, giving up on the cruel joke. "I like who I like."
Yan Sun sits in uneasy silence as she listens to Jessica, but the chuckle and subsequent comments cause her to shoot a scowl her way, although it quickly turns to embarrassment. "I-... urgh. It was a stupid question. I'm-... geh." She grabs her holo-emitter, turning it off and scooting to the edge of the bed and standing up. She drops it on the desk before heading for the bathroom to brush her teeth.
Jessica tilts her head to the side and watches Yan Sun in amusement. "Why everyone is so worried about these things, mmm?" she calls, scooting towards the edge of the bed to follow. She takes a position in the doorway, folding her arms across her chest and leaning against the bathroom doorframe. She cocks her head to the side, pressing it against the frame as well as she watches Yan Sun. "Asari never have these problems. They have
tits. They fuck who they want to fuck, yes? Nobody gives a shit. I have tits, but I fuck who I want to fuck and I have to explain myself. Is stupid."
Yan Sun glances Jessica's way, and as she speaks she starts to gain a frown, but she's unable to respond. After spitting and putting the toothbrush away she turns towards her. "I-... I didn't mean-... I'm sorry. I-..." Her gaze darts down to the floor before going back to Jessica. "I didn't mean to sound like I was-..." She seems to deflate a little as she reviews her own thoughts. "There's... a lot of people stuck in the past on
Earth." she says without elaborating, avoiding eye-contact as she heads through the doorway and back towards the bed.
Jessica scoffs and looks off to the side. "Eh... Is fine... I-... Most people out here don't give a fuck about that sort of thing." she admits with a shrug. Probably a side effect of the intermingling of so many alien species. "But I read things on the extranet. People-... us-... Gah, humans. We seem soooo concerned with all of that stupid shit, yes? Maybe I just never think about it, I guess..." she looks back to Yan Sun. "I
like who I like. Men. Women. Asari. Batarian. Whatever. Life is too short to worry about what is or isn't between someone's legs." She studies Yan Sun for a moment before adding, "Does that answer your question? Or you are going to keep worrying that I am going to leave you for someone with a different set of equipment?"
Yan Sun stops near the bed as she listens, a small smirk forming before being replaced by a frown. "I'm sorry." she repeats. "I wasn't trying to-..." she sighs, clearly feeling even worse about her questioning now. "When, uh... when I was in school, there was this girl..." She glances in Jessica's direction, trying to judge whether she should continue or just shut up.
Jessica remains where she is for a moment longer before following Yan Sun and plopping down on the bed beside her. She leans back, propping herself up with her hands as she waits for Yan Sun to continue.
Yan Sun sits down next to Jessica, taking her silence as a cue to continue. "I... well, I had a pretty big crush on her, right? I was... fourteen, I think? And... for a while it seemed like it was mutual." She fidgets a bit with her hands, leaned forward on the edge of the bed and looking towards the desk. "I was still... figuring myself out back then. We-... well, we dated for a while... sort of? Until one day, out of the blue,
she got a boyfriend." she says, biting down on her lip and trying to hide the old humiliation bubbling back to the surface. "Said what we had didn't count. That she was just... testing. Aaaand then she told the rest of the class. And my dad found out." Her voice is a little uneaven now, and she lets out an awkward laugh in a poor attempt to hide just how uncomfortable she is.
Jessica listens in silence. Despite Yan Sun's laughter, Jessica looks annoyed. "What a bitch!" she says. Yeah, sure, she's prooooobably done worse. Okay. Definitely done worse. But that doesn't count! Because it wasn't to Yan Sun! And as they say, 'out of sight, out of mind'. "I hope you kicked her ass." she continues through a scowl, "And what did your father say? He was pissed at her for making you look stupid to your class,
Yan Sun 's spirits actually seem to be lifted a little by Jessica's sudden outrage, a brief smirk appearing and her unease forgotten for the moment. The last question causes her smirk to fade, and she shakes her head. "Not... exactly. I-... he's not really-..." She sighs. "It doesn't matter."
Jessica's scowl deepens at the implication. "Eh... Fuck him, too." she says. She sucks in a deep breath, allowing her frustration to subside and reaches over, giving Yan Sun's thigh a playful squeeze. "Do not worry, kitty cat. I have already done a lot of testing." she snickers, "Okay? I know what I like. I know who I am. That is why I am here with you." She slides her hand up a bit and lets her tongue dangle out of the side
of her mouth before giving Yan Sun's leg a pat and retracting her hand with another snicker. Unable to just be nice for a change, she finds the urge to add: "Aaaaaand if you ever did something like that to me? Like that dumb bitch? Then I would stab you. Understand?"
Yan Sun gains a faint smile, her gaze turning to Jessica as she feels the hand on her thigh. Her mood seems to improve, if slowly, and the giggle prompted by the final comment is only partly undercut by the memory of the previous day. She presses her shoulder against Jessica's, small smile lingering as she leans her head against her and gives a light shove with her shoulder.
Jessica rocks slightly from the shove, but otherwise remains in place. "I think maybe I tell you before-..." she says, sounding unsure, "...but my parents were very-... Mmm. They had very strong beliefs." She considers it for a second before correcting herself, "Well, maybe just my mother. My father say he did, but-... What do they say? Actions speak louder than words, yes?" She gives a chuckle. "When I was younger, I think my
mother hoped that one day maybe I move away from Adrasteia, find a nice guy, and get married. Give her grandchildren and all of that shit. Buuuuut living here? You know. I see things. I see very early on that her ways were-... gah... They were not for me. Her ways were from a time that is no longer relevant." She gives a small smile that quickly fades away. "My mother was a kind woman. I lead a life she did not agree with.
But she would never have judged me for it. I was her daughter, and she loved me. She give up a lot to come here with my father..."
Yan Sun studies Jessica in silence as she listens. She lowers her gaze by the end, leaning her head against Jessica's shoulder and putting a hand on her forearm. She gains a contemplative look as she looks down at the bed, leaning a little against the woman next to her. She remains quiet, her mind inevitably moving to her own situation. To her own, very much alive parents.
Jessica takes another deep breath, leaning her head against the top of Yan Sun's. "So I guess what I am trying to say is-..." she continues, not wanting the mood to drop given the subject matter it was veering into, "...I just do not care very much about a label. I am who I am. I like who I like. Is not good enough? Then fuck you, mmm?" she says. "But you? You are very gay, I am thinking. And that is fine with me." she snickers,
Yan Sun 's contemplative silence is broken by a loud, amused snort, and a grin. She lifts her head, offering a nod and pressing a kiss against Jessica's cheek before wrapping an arm around her and giving her a loose hug. "Sounds good to me." she says with a quiet snicker, lingering near Jessica's ear.
Jessica wraps an arm around Yan Sun's waist to return the hug. She remains silent for a few moments before giving Yan Sun a quick squeeze and then releasing her grip on her and climbing further onto the bed. "Alright, kitty cat. All of this talk of who to fuck is making me horny." she says bluntly as she makes a pit stop behind Yan Sun, wraps another brief hug around her neck from behind and plants a quick kiss on her cheek before
crawling on her knees towards the top of the blankets. "So either come be gay with me or turn off the lights and shut up so I can go to sleep."
Yan Sun snickers loudly, her grin growing in response to Jessica's very special brand of charm. She turns to look after her and is then quick to follow, her eye lighting up as she turns off the lights, removing her hoodie before crawling beneath the covers and leaning in to kiss Jessica, moving a hand to her side.
Jessica presses into the kiss through a grin. "Mmm. That is what I thought you would choose." she says playfully as she wraps an arm around Yan Sun's waist, her hand coming to rest on her lower back, and pulls her closer. "You are very predictable."
Yan Sun presses closer against Jessica, leaning into the kiss, but she's partly interrupted by a yawn. She lets out a giggle, perhaps at the comment, or perhaps at her yawn. "I can live with that." she murmurs, her hand starting to roam as she kisses Jessica's neck, but just a moment later her activity comes to a rather abrupt stop, her hand slowing down and the kissing stopping as her head falls back against the pillow, eyes
Jessica closes her eyes and leans her head to the side, allowing herself to enjoy Yan Sun's touch. Her own hand glides back and forth across Yan Sun's lower back. It takes her a moment to realize that Yan Sun has gone limp and her eyes open, brow furrowed. "Wha-..." she frowns. She gives Yan Sun a brief shake. "Hah. Hah. Yes. Very unpredictable. How funny." she says sarcastically, putting about as little energy into her words as she
Yan Sun blinks slowly, her eyelids heavy as they open again. "Hw-.. oh... sorry..." she mumbles, trying to blink away the sudden exhaustion that caught up with her as soon as her head touched the pillow. She presses a kiss against Jessica's lips, but it's far from energetic, and her hand remains resting on her side.
Jessica's frown deepens as she realizes Yan Sun isn't faking it and she pulls her head back from the kiss and swats at Yan Sun's hand. "Wha-... How do you just fall-... Gah! What is wrong with you!?" she asks, sounding almost offended, "You fall asleep on me!"
Yan Sun flinches a little at Jessica's outrage, faceplanting against the pillow when her kiss is refused. "Mnh... I'm tired, ok? Maybe... sleep first. We can... sex later." she mumbles, half-muffled by the pillow. She's positioned partly on top of Jessica, most of her (rather light) weight against her. Her hand is tangled beneath her top, having started to slide up her chest beneath it, but its now coming to a stop as she starts
Jessica lets out a frustrated groan, though finds it difficult to remain too upset about it. "Gah... Fine, fine..." she agrees reluctantly, sliding both arms around Yan Sun and snuggling up to her. By the sound of her voice, it's pretty clear that exhaustion has began to catch up with her as well. "Sleep then we sex." she repeats softly. "But there better be a lot of sex. Too much sex, even!" she negotiates as she feels herself
