Va'ynna tries aiming the pistol around, with Victoria's help making it shake quite a bit less. She doesn't fire another time. "Isn't that... cheating?" she asks.

Victoria shakes "Just giving you a helping hand, until you get use to it." She states while still trying to keep her Va'ynna's hand steady.

Va'ynna points the pistol towards the target, and after a few seconds of her hand shaking over the trigger, she fires again. The shot barely hits the topmost edge of the target. She aims a little lower and follows up with another shot, this time hitting halfway into the target on the bottom.

Victoria smiles "See, ain't that bad. We will do this until you empty the clip, okay?" Informing the asari as she continues to give a helping hand.

Va'ynna continues aiming at the target, and fires another, which misses by flying too high. "How many is it in a clip?" she asks. "I... don't want to waste them, because... that was expensive."

"This is a standard predator. So fifteen shots." She informs the asari "Don't worry about it. If we do this again, I am sure I can find somewhere safe to set up some targets."

Va'ynna tilts her head. "Won't that... get us in trouble?" she says before raising the weapon and shooting twice, the first hitting near the edge at around 10 'o clock while the other flies high.

"Possibly." She says with a slight shrug and goes back to focusing on helping Va'ynna a little more "Anyway, just focus on aiming and take your time."

Va'ynna frowns. "Then we... probably shouldn't do it," she says. "Though, Jason talked about... practicing shooting on the agency's property. Maybe he'll let us set up a few targets there." She fires another shot which hits the lowest edge of the target and follows up with two others also hitting near the edges, and also a fourth shot that misses.

"Well, that will be cheaper." She watches Va'ynna shots. "Remember sweetie, take your time and just imagine there is only you and the target." Trying to get Va'ynna in the right mindset.

Va'ynna hums thoughtfully. "I... can't imagine you not being here," she says, not completely serious. She fires once and it flies below the target, and follows it up with two more shots as she carefully tilts the pistol upwards. The last shot hit just 5cm off the edge of the bull's eye.

Victoria smiles at Va'ynna's last shot "Hey, look at that. Close to a perfect hit." She said with a hint of pride in her voice. "Now, if you would pass me the gun. I need to show you how to reload it."

Va'ynna lets go of the weapon with her right hand, which index finger was on the trigger, and lowers it. She then hands it over to Victoria while it's aimed down. "The one I bought on... Illium looks like this one, so that would be nice to know," she says. "I think mine's... broken, though. The lights are dark, and it... gives no other sign that it's powered on."

"Show me it when we get back. I might be able to get it going again. Now watch." Vicky started to slowly reload the predator so Va'ynna can see how it is done. "See simple."

Va'ynna studies how she reloads the weapon with a tilted head. "I... see," she says before stepping aside. "It's your turn now, isn't it?"

Victoria shrugs "Does not bother me, if you want to go for another turn." She states, seeing if Va'ynna would like to keep going.

Va'ynna reaches for the terminal and ends her turn without really looking over her score, causing it to automatically switch tabs. "No, I... I want to watch how you do it."

Victoria nods and takes aim at the target "Well alright then." She takes a breath and then releases the air she just took in and fired twice. The first shot land 5cm under the bullseye and the second going 10cm above the bullseye.

Va'ynna looks at her fire, wincing a bit at the first shot as she didn't anticipate it. She then glances at the target with a small smile. "Aren't you... going to move the target back?" she asks.

Victoria gives Va'ynna an innocent look "Well that does not seem like a fair game. Giving me a distance handicap." She pauses for a second and gives a sigh of false defeat "Oh, alright." She send the target back to 25 metres.

You do this... for a living, though, so I think it's fair.

Va'ynna leans in and gives her a quick kiss on the cheek before moving out of the way, standing with the back against the wall. "And... you'll still get a much better score than me, I think.... I hope."

Victoria takes aim again and does the same as she did before taking a breath, releasing the air and then fire twice in rapid succession. The first hitting the lower edge of the target and the second hitting 12cm under the target.

Va'ynna frowns. "I would be happy if I... even hit the target that far away," she begins, "but... you're supposed to be good at this." She doesn't sound too serious, however.

Victoria gives a smirk at Va'ynna "Oh sweetie, there is a reason I use assault rifles more often than pistols." Gives another 3 shots in rapid succession. The three shots land quite close to each other in the 3rd ring of the target, below the bullseye.

Va'ynna smiles after seeing where the shots land. "That's... very good," she says. "Are assault rifles more precise?"

"In the middle. Better range and power behind them. Plus you won't run out of ammo if you use it smart." She pauses "Well, as fast as a pistol at least."

Va'ynna tilts her head. "You... use those to fire one shot at a time?" she asks. "I thought those had you holding down the shoot many bullets at a time."

Victoria shakes her head "No, you wanna try and burst fire assault rifles. From two to five shots per burst. You won't hit much just holding down the trigger until empty." Takes another 4 shots, she aimed for the four corners of the target. Hitting all three but the fourth going wide.

Va'ynna looks at the target while she fires. "I understand," she says. "What about when... you take one to a shooting range like this? Do you... still fire like that."

Victoria fire another four shots at the target, emptying the predator. The four shots hit the target close to each other, this time they are in the second ring. "By burst firing? I do, cause it means I will hit my target more often." She offers the gun to Va'ynna "Your turn to reload and shoot. And I got an idea for this turn."

Va'ynna takes the pistol and looks over the side of it, having it pointed at the lower half of the separator wall and not Victoria. She quickly finds and presses the button to eject the clip before either she or Victoria can realize the mistake she's about to make. The glowing thermal clip hits her chin, and the sudden pain causes her to drop the gun on the table. "Ow."

Victoria notices Va'ynna's mistake to late, she tried to swat it away but to no avail. "Are you alright, Va'ynna?" She asks with concern.

Va'ynna touches the small burned area of her chin with her thumb. "Yeah, I... I'm fine," she says. "That was... stupid of me."

Victoria shakes her head and gives her a quick kiss on the cheek "Hey, it is your first time reloading. Could have happened to anyone."

It's... really not, but it's been years.

Va'ynna says before picking up the pistol and loading a new clip into it. "So, um, what... was your idea for this turn?" She hasn't ended Victoria's turn on the lane terminal yet.

Victoria smiles "Well, my little idea is this." The smiles turns to a slightly devious grin. "You hit the bullseye or at least 15cm away from it three times, you can tell me do to anything. But..." She pauses "You don't make those three, you do something I tell you to do. Sounds fair?"

Va'ynna hums. "That... doesn't sound very fair, because it's... obvious how that's going to go," she says before ending VIctoria's turn and moving the target forward to where it was on her last turn. "But... as long as it's within reason, I... I'll agree to that wager."

"Well, we can make it two shots at the distance I said." She crossed her arms and looked at the roof "I was gonna make the number a little bit higher, but I thought three or two would be more fair."

Va'ynna tilts her head. "I... only hit once last time, I think," she says, "but three... is fine." She fires at the target once, hitting the edge of it. "I trust that... you don't make me do something ridiculous, anyway."

"Now, why would I make you do something ridiculous?" She goes to lean against the wall to watch Va'ynna have her turn.

Va'ynna makes an innocent expression. "I don't know," she says. "Why would I... even think something like that...." She fires two more shots, the first hits the topmost edge and the second flies wide.

"Well I thought this little deal of ours will give you some encouragement." She stated watching the asari shoot.

Va'ynna frowns. "It takes more that encouragement to make... miracles happen, you know," she says before shooting three more shots, the first flying below the target, the second hitting the edge and the third hitting 13cm from the bullseye's edge. A small smile creeps up.

Victoria smiles "Well that is one out of three. Two more to go, lets see if you can get it."

Va'ynna takes a few seconds to aim before firing four times, perhaps too eagerly. The first two fly below, the third and fourth hitting near the edges on the right side of the target. The smile fades a bit. She fires three more shots, but this time the last one hits just 6cm from the bull's eye.

Victoria started to approach Va'ynna "Two out of three, good work." Vicky grinned, she then started to kiss one of cheek a few times to distract her from the task at hand.

Va'ynna frowns and lowers the pistol. "Are you trying to... distract me?" she says. "That's... not nice of you."

"Hey, sometimes there are distractions when you are trying to shoot." Slowly back off "But alright then, I shall just stand here. Nice and quiet like."

Va'ynna giggles. "I... guess, but not this kind of distraction," she says. She raises the weapon on the target and takes aim. After about five seconds she fires, hitting the bottom of the target, and again to hit the top of it. She frowns, and after aiming for another three seconds, she fires the last shot. It hits closer, but not close enough, and is about 20cm from the bulls eye.

"Two out of three. Better than just hitting it once near the area." She states trying to give Va'ynna confidence boost about hitting the area twice. "Was a bit harsh of me."

Va'ynna sighs and pushes the button to end her turn. "I was so close," she says before handing over the gun. "Your turn."

"You know what, since you did get two of the three. I am gonna say you won the challenge." She said taking the gun from her.

Va'ynna shakes her head. "No, that would be unfair," she says. "I... agreed to the bet, and I lost."
