Ehanis raises an eyebrow. "You know the contract doesn't allow work on the side, right?" she shrugs, "but eh, what they don't know won't hurt them." She pauses. "If you're starved for work, though, you can always take mine," she offers, mostly in jest.

Sioria blinks. "Oh... its mostly just maintenance on a com relay back at the compound. Nothing serious, they just figured why send someone out if I live there. Right?" She asks, a little nervously. "You dont like your job?"

Ehanis shrugs. "It's fine, just boring," she says. "Drunks aren't all that exciting." She smiles slightly as she adds. "At least there's free dinner."

Sioria hums a little. "Doing security IS what I was trained for. Taurus was all about defense." She says, rubbing her chin with her free hand.

Seriously though, you should go pay them a visit if you need work. I think they've opened their new place now, too.

Ehanis sighs. "The guy who usually has that job is probably fit to take over soon," she says. "I don't really know."

Sioria "this is the respite, right?" Sioria asks. "I didnt know they were opening a second location."

Ehanis shakes her head. "Redrock, I mean," she says. "Some asshole with a shuttle did a number on their place a while ago, so they had to rebuild."

Sioria nods a little more confidently. "Oh right, makes sense." she says. "I'll talk to Jason when I can, see what I can do."

Ehanis reaches the street corner and gestures to the left. Her omni-tool gives a short notification sound, but she ignores it for now. "I wasn't there, but I heard about it later," she says. "I did see the blast when the militia showed that shuttle who's boss, though."

Sioria hmmms as she thinks about what happened. Sure, she heard about it, but she didnt remember it. "I think I was still with Taurus at the time." Sioria mumbles as she thinks about it. "We'd just gotten to the city I think."

Ehanis nods. "Yeah, that was before that job you and the others went on," she says. "I was supposed to be on that job too, but they apparantly let Ilyna make that decision." She enables her omni-tool and reads the short message. "Fuck," she mutters annoyedly. "Looks like us going to the market isn't going to happen."

Sioria nods. "Yeah, I was on that one. If we're talking about the same one. Nobody came back the same." She stops and frowns a little. "What's wrong?"

Ehanis stops, as well. "Ilyna wants me to watch the kid," she says. "Nothing wrong with that, but she could have told me hours ago, instead of when she's on her way to the Respite."

Sioria spins on her heel and starts heading back to the respite with a bit of an amused smirk. "Raincheck then." She says. "A shame really. I was looking forward to watching you put on tight clothing."

Ehanis smirks, following beside the turian. "I'll tell sis what I think about this and shoot you a message when I know for sure when I'll be free," she says. "Then we'll go shopping."
