#YanSun'sRoom – January 29, 2017

Jessica steps through the door with a bag in each hand. She's been out for the last couple hours with the usual explanation of "Going out. Be back later." Dressed in her usual attire of cargo pants, sneakers, and her winter jacket, she tracks wet shoeprints into the room as she shifts her bags into one arm and begins to take off her jacket.

Yan Sun is nowhere to be seen when Jessica enters the room, but the bathroom door is locked, and her laptop is sitting at the desk. A game is open, an asari character clad in elegant leather armor and wielding twin daggers standing in the middle of the screen, surrounded by a number of complicated-looking UI elements. The environment appears to be the docks of an antique turian city.

Jessica glances towards the bathroom door. "How long you are going to be in there!?" she calls out loudly, "I have to pee!" She steps further into the room and tosses her jacket onto the bed. She shuffles her bags in her hands and tosses them along with her jacket. Beneath her jacket she's wearing a long-sleeved grey shirt, which she removes as well leaving her in a white tanktop. "Is emergency!" she adds, giving a glance towards

the laptop. Deciding it's probably best to keep herself occupied as she waits for Yan Sun to finish, she takes a seat at the desk and begins looking over the dumb game Yan Sun was playing.

Yan Sun 's voice sounds from the bathroom: "Welcome baaack! I'll hurry!" Jessica may or may not recognize the game as Galaxy of Fantasy. At the top left is a character portrait: Yanara D'Kera, Level 200 Asari Nighthuntress.

Jessica furrows her brow, having no real clue what anything does. "Mmm. Be quick!" she pipes up as she continues to study the screen. Having no real knowledge of the game beyond seeing Yan Sun play it a few times, she begins mashing at a few keys to try and figure out what she's doing.

Several UI elements open, leaving the screen utterly cluttered. The character also starts running as the autorun is toggled. Towards the water.

Jessica's eyes widen and she glances back towards the bathroom door. "Eh... Take your time! Is fine!" she changes her mind in hopes of buying herself more time to fix things. "Stop running!" she mutters at the screen as she pokes at a few more keys.

There's a loud metal-clattering sound as a sword is deleted from the inventory, and a moment later the character walks right off the edge of a pier. Drowning noises start to sound as the character sinks deeper, healthbar dropping gradually. The chat has been opened by a poor keypress and most of the rest of Jessica's input has ended up there.

Jessica groans loudly. "You are an asari huntress! You can not swim!? Gah, this is stupid!" she complains at the laptop as the asari continues to drown The weapon being deleted barely even registers with her. She clearly hasn't had much experience with video games. As she realizes the chat has been opened, she cocks an eyebrow and adds 'I SUCK COCK FOR 25 CREDITS' to the end of her string of random keypresses. This seems to bring

her some entertainment and a grin crosses her face as she submits the message.

Yan Sun exits the bathroom, smiling as she spots Jessica in the chair and heads over to her, wrapping her arms around her from behind and giving her a hug while looking over her shoulder at the screen. Jessica's message has already disappeared off-screen after being broadcast in the public chat channel. The character is almost dead from drowning however. "Hey, checking out th-... what?! Hurry, move, move!" she says, suddenly

letting go of the hug and shoving at Jessica to get out of the chair. "Why am I in the ocean?!"

Jessica begins to panic as Yan Sun exits the bathroom, hitting keys randomly in an attempt at fixing the situation as she's hugged. Once she's nudged aside, she hops to her feet and frowns at the screen. "I don't know! This game is stupid! Why the asari huntress only wants to go in the water, mmm!? Why does the huntress die in water!? Is dumb!" she complains, directing the blame at the game. She stomps off past Yan Sun and towards

the bathroom.

Yan Sun immediately sits down and frantically starts to navigate her character out of the water, muttering in Cantonese under her breath. She doesn't answer Jessica. When safe she lets out a breath, starting to close down the chaotic mess of UI windows open.

Jessica disappears into the bathroom, muttering to herself as she does. "Is your fault, kitty cat!" she shouts, continuing to deflect blame from the bathroom. "This is why you should not leave your stuff on! Mmm!? Is a lesson! Now she drowns because of you!"

Yan Sun lets out a groan as she starts sorting out the mess Jessica made. She frowns as she realizes an item is missing from her inventory. "...did you delete a weapon?!"

Jessica reappears through the bathroom door with a deep frown on her face. "Gah! I don't know! I do something and everything got weird!" she says. She gives a brief shrug of her shoulders, giving a harsh look towards the laptop. "Maybe I did. So...? Is fine, yes?"

Yan Sun sighs, glancing Jessica's way. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to-..." she looks back at the screen as she hears the bloop of a message. Hey babe. think u can handle a krogan? ;). Another message follows. And another. She grimaces, and mutters "神台貓屎! 乜春?!" before having a realization, her expression going blank. "What. Did. You. Do?"

Jessica blinks a couple of times. "I don't know! If I know, I tell you. Gah... Maybe I-... Maybe I hit some buttons and delete your thing." she admits with a frown. "Is just a stupid game!" she adds as she approaches Yan Sun. As she catches sight of the messages being sent to Yan Sun, her frown fades away and she's unable to stifle a laugh. "Oh! And I see those nasty messages you post! You whore!" she says through her laughter.

Yan Sun buries her face in her hands, letting out a groan and a quiet "Nooo..." At Jessica's final words she lets out a flustered mumble and swats behind her in an attempt at hitting her antagonizer. Messages keep coming. "Whyyy..."

Jessica's laughter gets louder and her shoulders bounce. "Is fine! I already know what kind of freak you were!" she says, slapping Yan Sun's hand away as she continues to tease. She leans over Yan Sun from behind and continues to read her messages, reasting each of her hands on Yan Sun's shoulders. "So this is why you are always playing this game, mmm?"

Yan Sun makes the mistake of glancing at the screen again and then groans again, allowing herself ot fall back limp against her chair, looking up at the ceiling and letting her arms dangle to her sides. Meet me in stables ;;) Bringing friends. ill giv u [Novaslayer, Gladius of Arcane Dust] 4 pics. Verellius places his hands on your shoulders and pushes you down to your knees while removing his codpiece. Yan Sun grits her

teeth, staring up at the ceiling. "I hate you." she mutters.

Jessica brings a hand up to her mouth as another bout of muffled laughter escapes her upon reading the messages. "Whaaaat? I did not do anything!" she continues. "It looks like you have a loooot of friends, kitty cat. You are very popular, mmm?" She brings her hand back down and rests it on Yan Sun's chin, reorienting her so she's forced to look back at her. "Besides. I know the truth. You are not able to hate me. Mmm? I am just

too not-hatable."

Yan Sun meet Jessica's gaze as her head is directed further back, looking up at her as her hair falls in a silly-looking manner from her almost-upside down head. She stares her down. "Uh-huh..." she mutters with a nod. "Yeah. Thanks. I really needed all the creeps messaging me. Perfect." she says, her voice dripping with sarcasm, but there's a hint of amusement in her tone as well.

Jessica leans in, pressing a quick kiss to Yan Sun's lips. "Mmm. You are welcome. I know how much you like the attention." she says, doing her best to maintain her reign as most obnoxious and irritating person to enter Yan Sun's life.

Yan Sun is unable to stop a small smile from briefly crossing her lips after the kiss. She remains in her rather uncomfortable position leaned back over the backrest, since Jessica's hand is still on her chin. For a moment it looks like another sarcastic remark is going to follow but instead she grimaces again and lets out an "Ugh..." as she hears the beeps of more messages coming in, not even bothering to try and look at the

screen.

Jessica's grin just grows as the sound of more messages pour in. "You see?" she asks, her hand moving from Yan Sun's chin to her cheek as Jessica gives her a few of her patented annoying pats. "I am good for your social life. Now everrrrybody want to talk to you. Is good." Another, slightly harder pat, and she removes her hand from Yan Sun's face and returns to the bed to organize her bags. "Is what you did all day, yes? Just sit

here and play your dumb game?"

Yan Sun flinches as Jessica pats her cheek, and then calls out after her when she withdraws. "W-... no, I didn't!" She furrows her eyebrows, sitting back up properly and swiveling her chair around to look at Jessica. "I've been programming, keeping in touch with some people... what have you been up to?" she asks, glancing at the bags.

Jessica lifts one of her bags up and looks inside of it. "Mmm? What was I doing? While you were wasting time playing your games-..." she says, as if she paid absolutely no attention to what Yan Sun just said, "...and meeting weirdos in the stables, I was doing important things." She gives a shrug of her shoulders, back still to Yan Sun. "I was buying stuff." She's quick to correct herself, "Important stuff!"

Yan Sun frowns in annoyance at Jessica's assertions, but her last comments peak her curiosity, and she scoots the chair closer, trying to get a glimpse of the inside of the bag. "Oooh, important, huh? What is it?"

Jessica pulls a small box from one of he bags and tosses the bag back onto the bed. "They are making us go to this dumb wedding. I had to get something to wear. I can not just go in my clothes or that bitch will probably complain." she says, the eyeroll can practically be heard in her voice. As she turns around, she takes the top of the box off and tosses it to the floor. She lifts the box sideways, showing off a pair of black

heeled boots. They're.... nice. But certainly not appropriate wedding attire. And quite clearly some cheap Aite knockoff. Jessica sticks her tongue out and bites down on it, pulling a goofy face and giving a wiggle of her eyebrows as if Yan Sun should be jealous. "Mmm? Mmm? Is nice, yes?"

Yan Sun snickers at Jessica's comments, but when she shows off the boots she raises an eyebrow. "Okaay..." she says, glancing at the bag. "What's the rest of the outfit?" she asks, obviously curious.

Jessica sets down the boots back on the bed and grabs the other bag off the bed. She looks inside of it for a moment before pulling a pair of black pants out and tossing the bag aside. "Eh... Is not really-..." she begins, holding the waistline up to her waist and putting one leg forward in the standard 'how does this look' pose, "Gah... Is fine, yes?" she asks, looking from the pants to Yan Sun then back to the pants. She seems far

less sold on the pants then she was on the boots. They're a simple pair of black, form fitting slacks.

Yan Sun leans forward in her chair as she looks Jessica up and down, a smile cropping up. "Yeah, I like them!" she says with a nod.

Jessica looks the pants over for a few more moments before shrugging her shoulders indifferently. She turns back around and puts them back into the bag without bothering to fold them. She mostly just wads them up and stuffs them in. A moment later, she turns back around with the shirt in hand. It's a beige, asymmetrical shirt. Jessica holds it up, keeping it in place with her chin. It has one long sleeve, which she holds out with

her hand, while the other side is sleeveless. It's probably no coincidence that the long sleeve covers her burns. She doesn't comment on this one, and her gaze remains downward, looking over the shirt as she waits for Yan Sun to appraise it.

Yan Sun eyes the shirt, her smile fading as she lingers on the sleeve, but she nods, looking up at Jessica's face. "It's nice." she says softly, her smile returning. The outfit as a whole seems rather haphazard, but she doesn't particularly seem to care.

Jessica lifts her chin and pulls the shirt away. She holds it up and looks it over for a moment, nodding to herself. "Mmm. It will do." she decides before turning back and stuffing it into the bag with her pants. "Maybe I can make them pay for this crap. I only buy it for their dumb wedding anyway."

Yan Sun snickers slightly, and then lets out a sigh. "Guess I'll need to wear something else too, huh? Not really a big fan of getting dressed up..."

Jessica sighs as she turns back to Yan Sun and takes a seat at the edge of the bed. "Mm. Me neither." she frowns and begins taking off her shoes. Once she gets one off, she lobs it into Yan Sun's lap, probably getting wet snow all over her.

Yan Sun sighs. "Remind me why we're go-" She flails as the shoe lands right in her lap, and she tosses it away, her arms and clothes now stained with snow and dirt. "Gah- 屌那星!" she exclaims, wiping her lower arms on her pants. "You are the most annoying person I've ever met!"

Jessica's mood seems lifted by Yan Sun's frustration. She gives a snicker and removes her other shoe. For a moment it seems as if she's about to toss it Yan Sun's way as well before deciding to set it down. She leans back, resting her hands against the bed to prop herself up. "You like it." she says back, kissing at the air. "And we are going so I do not get fired!" she adds, having caught what Yan Sun was about to ask.

Yan Sun 's annoyance is almost immediately broken by a goofy grin when Jessica kisses the air. She leaves the chair and plops down next to Jessica, allowing herself to bounce a little from the momentum. Her grin remains as she studies her for a moment before speaking. "Reaaally? 'Cause I have a different theory... IIII... think you're trying to be romantic."

Jessica furrows her brow as she looks at the woman to her side. "What!? You think I am trying to be romantic by throwing my shoes at you, kitty cat?" she asks, obviously confused. She lets out a deep sigh, "You have verrrry low standards when it comes to romance I am thinking. But if that is what you are into-..." she shrugs her shoulders, kicking at her shoe beside the bed, "...Then I will throw more shoes at you."

Yan Sun rolls her eyes, crawling over behind Jessica and sitting just behind her, wrapping her arms around her waist and resting her head on her right shoulder. "Screw you, you know what I meant... the wedding! I'm your date, for the wedding!"

Jessica scoffs loudly, shrugging away at Yan Sun's hug briefly, though she doesn't try too hard. "You-... Gah-..." she stammers, "Only if I can not find someone better by then." she's quick to threaten. "You are my default date. For now!" She shrugs her shoulders, relaxing a bit in Yan Sun's grasp and turning her head in an attempt at looking at Yan Sun, though her position makes it difficult given Jessica's bad eye. She gives a

big, condescending grin. After a moment, she reaches back and places her right hand atop Yan Sun's head and, for a moment, it seems as though she's going to pat her on the head. Instead, she grabs a fistful of hair and guides Yan Sun's head to her other shoulder so she can look at her.

Yan Sun 's grin only grows as Jessica stammers, and she presses a kiss against her cheek, letting out a muffled giggle. She seems a little confused as she feels the hand on her head, but the expression is quicky replaced by a wince as her hair is grabbed and she's pulled over to the other shoulder. "Ow, ow, ow."

Jessica leans her haid to the side a bit as Yan Sun comes to rest on her other shoulder. "Maaaaybe I will start playing the dumb asari game of yours, mmm? I think maybe I can find plenty of dates on there, yes?" she teases with a snicker, "They seem verrry friendly." She runs her fingers through Yan Sun's hair before releasing her grip and bringing her hand back down to the bed.

Yan Sun snorts. "I'm sure you could." she says. She tries to stop herself but inevitably adds: "It's a turian game." Which is, a moment later, followed by: "I could-... I could set up an account. If you wanna try playing together."

Jessica furrows her brow as she looks at Yan Sun. "Oh, yes. Because it looks like soooooo much fun." she says sarcastically. Her gaze moves to the laptop for a moment and she shrugs dismissively. "...Fine. Whatever. But only so I can make fun of your stupid little game." she clarifies. "What kind of huntress can not even swim? Mmm? Gah. Is stupid..."

Yan Sun snickers, squeezing Jessica's waist. "I'm kinda sick of being cooped up in here, honestly. Let's go out and do something while you're not working!"

Jessica returns to peering at Yan Sun over her shoulder. "You should be! Everyday you are just at that desk! So...? What do you want to do, mmm?"

Yan Sun shrugs slightly. "I dunno... the club looked like it could be fun in the evening?"

Jessica reaches back with her left hand, running it along the back of Yan Sun's head. "Mmm. You are wanting to go dancing?" she asks, obviously into that idea. Her hand stops and she drums her fingertips against the nape of Yan Sun's neck. "You are sure you can tear yourself away from your game?" she teases through a grin, "Your asari won't drown while you are gone? Someone else will fill your stable duties?"

Yan Sun frowns, and jabs a couple of fingers into Jessica's side. "You are not forgiven for that yet..." she mutters before scooting away and standing up. She looks down at her clothes and then turns to Jessica. "I'm gonna need to change. I mean... assuming you wanna go...?"

Jessica winces and scoots away from the poke, though Yan Sun's frustrated comment gets a snicker out of her. "Well I am going with or without you." she says, tilting her head to the side as she looks up at Yan Sun. "So... Assuming you want to go, you can come with me." she grins.

Yan Sun snickers slightly, starting to pull her top over her head as she heads off towards the bathroom. "Think I'm gonna take a shower and get ready."

Jessica climbs off the bed and follows behind Yan Sun. She wraps her arms around Yan Sun's waist as the woman removes her shirt. "I am thinking maybe I need a shower, too." she leans in and whispers, despite having taken a shower when she woke up. "I get verrrry dirty when I go shopping."

Yan Sun seems a little surprised by Jessica's touch, having been distracted by her shirt, but as it comes off and she hears the whisper she grins slightly, balling her shirt up and tossing it towards the bed before turning her head slightly and glancing at Jessica. "Good to know." she says, running her left hand along one of the arms wrapped around her and then continuing into the bathroom.
