Victoria grabs the dart "Okay, on the count of three. Three, two..." She yanks the dart out of the foot at the count of two and immediately starts applying the medi-gel to the wounded area.
Victoria grabs the dart "Okay, on the count of three. Three, two..." She yanks the dart out of the foot at the count of two and immediately starts to take the shoe off, however it comes off. When it is off, she starts applying the medi-gel to the wounded area.
Shyva'Nahl lets out a small whine as the shoe comes off and she sees the blood. Chill, Shyva. You've seen blood before. Only difference is is that its your friend's.
Va'ynna gives a lot of pained ows and moans at the pain as the dart is removed, and the shoe repeatedly hitting the wound on its way off. She moves her foot a little as well, which might slow down the application The lack of needle also sped up the bleeding and there's a concerning amount of blood ending up on the table before the wound is successfully sealed with medi-gel. She is taking a few deep breaths, but the pain is very strong
while the medi-gel's anaesthetic effects have yet to kick in. Tears are also trickling down her cheeks.
Victoria gets to eye level with Va'ynna and starts wiping the tears away "Hey, hey you are alright. It ain't that bad." She kisses the forehead of the asari to calm her nerves.
Va'ynna looks in horror at the blood from what was supposed to be a small wound. "Are... are... you... sure?" she asks. The medi-gel's effects are slow, but sure, and she eventually relaxes. The dart's needle is definitely not a pleasant sight, as the bloodied sides of it of it makes it clear the wound was very deep. She winces at the sight of it, and elects to close her eyes.
Victoria looks back at the quarian "Hey, can you tell Kanaya to organise that ride to the hospital." She looks back at the asari after a quick glance at the dart "It was deeper than I thought. So better safe than sorry."
Shyva'Nahl quickly skitters out of the room and finds Kanaya. "Pst," she whispers, making sure nobody else can hear her. "We need a-an ambulance." She gulps and shudders at the thought of an ambulance.
Kanaya turns to her. "Goddess, it's that bad?" she whispers back. Without awaiting an answer, she moves over to a terminal and starts tapping away on it to order one.
Kanaya raises an eyebrow. "Shit," she mutters. "I'll ask them to come quick." She turns back to the terminal and waits for an answer from the hospital.
Va'ynna calms down, but keeps her eyes closed as to not look at the blood. "Can you... please don't tell anyone?" she asks. "This was... stupid of me. I... shouldn't have stood under it."
"Of course I won't tell anyone." She tells the asari "Don't say that, it was a simple mistake that anyone would do."
Shyva'Nahl pokes her head back into the staff room. "H-hey... ambulance is on its way." she says, quietly.
Va'ynna turns her head towards the door, and dares open her eyes again. "Thank... thank you," she says. "I... I should have... told security to take it down instead, and this... wouldn't have happened." Her pain is subdued by the medi-gel, but she doesn't move her injured foot.
Victoria puts an hand on the asari's shoulder to try and comfort her "I am sure everything will be fine, sweetie."
Va'ynna turns back to Victoria, but immediately closes her eyes again upon seeing the blood, feeling uneasy. "I... I hope," she mutters.
