Va'ynna holds out her plastic bag in an offer to carry the small gift box, a small smile on her face at Victoria picking the one she suggested. "I hope she likes it," she says. "So, who... whose gift are we getting next?"

Victoria takes the gift box from the merchant and turns to face Va'ynna and takes her up on her offer, placing the gift box into the bag. "I think she will like it, but you can never be sure." She stops and thinks for a moment. "Well, we need to find something fun for Li. My list is pretty much done, I only got to get you something and the crew. The crew I can take them out to a bar,

and it would be silly to try and buy you a gift right in front of you."

Va'ynna tilts her head. "I... promise, I won't look," she says with a brief grin, knowing full and well that would be impossible even if she didn't let her curiousity win. "But, you're right, something fun for Li is... most important right now." She turns around and stands on her toes to see farther into the market. "When we last played, we were building a castle of snow, but... she has all she needs for that, I

think," she says, thinking aloud. "She likes action-packed cartoons too, and... she does spend a lot of time drawing."

Victoria scratches her chin while thinking. "So we have at least two things we could look for. Do you know what cartoon she watches, they might have some toys for that show." Throwing out an idea for a gift idea. "Or we could look for some colouring or drawing books for her."

Va'ynna hums thoughtfully. "I don't know if there... are that specific toys here," she says. "I don't know if.... Super Centurion is popular enough for that." She places her heels down on the ground. "I'm not sure if coloring books are... that helpful," she says, "but some way to organize her work... instead than Ilyna's drawers and floors. Let's look for that." She begins walking, casting a few glances around at

the stalls they pass as she devotes enough attention into not walking into the unpredictable crowd of fellow Christmas shoppers. "I... had a good drawing tablet when I was young," she says, barely audible as she cannot look at Victoria while talking. "It wasn't big, but... it looked and felt like drawing on a real sketch book."

Victoria follows Va'ynna, letting the asari take charge of the gift idea for Li, since she spends the most time with the child. "This one is all on you sweetie. You know Li much better than I do." She tries her hardest to try and hear what Va'ynna is saying. "A drawing tablet might be good, more organised than paper." Agreeing with Va'ynna that might be a good gift idea for Li.

Va'ynna nods. "If that's... something we can find here," she says, still a bit hard to hear as she looks around. Her walk is purposeful until doubt starts to creep in. "But what... if someone else has already thought of it?" She does head towards an electronics store set up in one of the sectioned off spaces.

A human guard sits on a crate outside the space, an older human male, and he keeps an eye on anyone coming and going. A quarian male going over an open mesh crate of miscellanious electronics parts is his current focus. His gear consist of a simple kinetic barrier vest and a holstered pistol at his right hip.

The store itself is tightly packed with shelves and bins, and it's hard to see the salarian owner behind the counter until they enter. There aren't any other customers in there aside from the quarian and another salarian, which is fortunate as passing someone between the shelves could be very precarious. There is no organization to any of the product: an electric kettle can be seen next to a terminal and a stack of

datapads. Most of the products don't have packaging, though some fragile items in the bins are wrapped in plastic or padded with styrofoam.

Victoria follows Va'ynna into the store. "If that is the case, we could always find her something else after Christmas." Vicky takes a look around the store and gives a quiet whistle that can only be heard between herself and Va'ynna. "Organised chaos in here." She says only loud enough for Va'ynna to hear.

Va'ynna nods to Victoria and stepped into the store. While she would dispute the 'organized' part of what she said, she keeps that to herself. "I... guess you're right," she says. "Or she could... have one at home and one in Ilyna's office." With some renewed confidence, she steps into the store and begins to look through the shelves. She is careful, worried that moving one wrong item could set off an expensive

chain reaction.

The salarian behind the counter nods to them. "Happy to help if you cannot find what you need," he calls out to them before turning his attention back. Va'ynna does not take him up on the offier, at least not right away.

Victoria smiles at Va'ynna. "See, that is a good gift idea there. If someone else did get her one, there is still a practical use for the second." It brought some happiness to her, to see that Va'ynna build her own confidence up for the gift idea. Vicky then looks over to the salarian and gives a nod. "Thanks, we will be sure to ask for help if needed." Keeping her a kind tone in her

voice.
