Ilyna frowns. "There was fighting... among the others," she says. "Did you tell him to do anything?"

Ilyna sighs. "We're leaving in six hours," she says, and stands up. "You can sleep a bit longer if you'd like, though."
The Citadel. It'll be a long flight to Illium, but getting from there to the Citadel won't take long.
Jason sighs and steps forward a bit. He gestures with his hand as he searches for the right words. "I-..." he begins, but stutters for a moment, "We aren't the bad guys here, Evelina... I know what happened was terrible, but you need to understand that we were doing the right thing. It might not be easy to see it right now, but you'll understand one day."
Jason smirks and shakes his head. "Sure you do. I feel bad for you, kid. You had someone here that really wanted to help you out. Those psychopaths really did a number on you..." He stares at Evelina a bit coldly for a moment before shaking his head and exiting the room.
Jason stops just outside of the room and reaches up to rub at his forehead. "I'm sorry, Ilyna..." he says, immediately feeling guilty for getting snarky with a kid that just lost her entire family, "But that girl is dangerous."
Jason reaches out and pats Ilyna on the shoulder. "You've done more for them than most people would. That's something to be proud of. It's out of your hands from here on out just-... Keep an eye on that one." he says, gesturing towards the bedroom with a nod.
Ilyna nods. "Thank you," she says. "I hope it doesn't inconvenience the agency that I'll be gone for two days, maybe more."
Jason gives a quick shake of his head. "Its not like we've got anything going on right now. I've managed to secure a bit of funding. Once it goes through, I'll finally get those reports to you. Should give you a bit of reading to do while you're traveling."
Ilyna nods, again. "That would be great," she says, "especially for the FTL strech to and from the relay."
As soon as you get back, we can discuss how to proceed forward. We've got a few options in front of us.
