#VVApartment – January 26, 2021

Va'ynna looks up at Victoria with a tilt of her head, her eyes narrowing as she challenges the terms of their relocation. "Why not?" she asks.

Uvena grins at the young couple before making her return to the kitchen. She hangs the washcloth over the sink before heading off to the bathroom to wash her hands after handling the dirty dishes.

Victoria shakes her head. "Because knowing you, you will also want to be carried to bed. I only got one carry in me." She looks at Va'ynna with a smile. "So if you want to waste it now, then go right ahead."

Sarah smiles at the couple and makes her way to take a seat in a chair next to the couch. Allowing the couple the opportunity to take the couch.

Va'ynna sighs and stands up. "Fine," she grumbles before making her way over to the couch. She will remember her carry-balance, however, when bed time comes. Va'ynna sits down with a grunt.

Uvena emerges from the bathroom shortly after and returns to the living room. "So, how are we going about this?" she asks, looking at Victoria and Sarah. "I didn't put labels on my presents, but I can tell them apart."

Victoria follows Va'ynna to the couch and takes a seat next to her. She turns her attention to Uvena. "I think we should just hand our gifts to each other, then open one by one."

Sarah looks at Uvena at first then turns her attention to Victoria, and gives a nod in agreement. "Yeah once everyone has their gifts, we can all be seat and open our gifts one by one."

Va'ynna leans on Victoria right after she sits down next to her, frowning at the prospect of having to get up again to gather her presents. She remains seated for the moment, not saying anything.

Uvena nods and walks over to crouch by the Christmas tree, gathering up three black packages of varying size and shape. The paper does not appear very festive, she's right about them being unlabeled. "Are we handing them out now, or should we let the food settle first?" she asks, ready to put them back under thre tree.

Victoria was about to stand back up as Va'ynna leans on her, she decides to remain seated for a moment longer. "I don't see why we can't do both."

Sarah stands back up to retrieve the present she got for Victoria. "Sorry Va'ynna, I did not get a gift for you. I could not think of any thing. So if you would like we could go shopping together, Victoria can come along to if she is free."

Va'ynna looks up at Sarah, tilting her head. "I... I couldn't find anything for you, either," she says, "but that... sounds like a wonderful idea." She sits back up and looks over her shoulder, a focused look on her face as she prepares her biotics and considers her targets. She can do both too.

Uvena makes her way over to the couch, handing out the presents. First one is for Sarah, a flat box-shaped gift. "I didn't forget you," she says with a teasing grin Va'ynna's way. She then hands Victoria a soft gift before retaking her seat at the couch next to Va'ynna and closest to Sarah of the three.

Victoria stands up from the couch and goes to collect her gifts. She grabs the two small wrapped gifts that are roughly the same size. She gives one gift to Va'ynna and another to her sister once she is seat. "I did not forget you, Uvena. I helped your daugther get your gift. Team effort."

Sarah places Victoria's gift on her chair, and was seat when she got her gift from Uvena. "Oh, you did not have to do that Uvena. Thank you."

Va'ynna waits for Victoria to pick out hers before she grabs ahold of one of hers with a biotic field, gently pulling it closer until she can confidently lift it up and reach for it. Va'ynna's biotics can lift some great weights, but her effectiveness and confidence at range leaves a lot to be desired. She hands it off to Uvena. She accepts Victoria's gift with a nod, inspecting it curiously, but she decides to reach

Uvena still has Va'ynna's gift on her lap, waiting to hand it over until Va'ynna is done fetching the rest of them. It's a small, flat present wrapped like the others. She smiles to Sarah. "You're welcome," she says. "We hadn't met when I picked this out, so it's just a little thing."

Victoria sits back down on the couch, moving her gifts to the floor next to her. She decides not to distract Va'ynna as she uses her biotics.

Sarah just sets her gift next to her, waiting for the other to be ready before evening thinking about opening any presents. "And I did not get you anything, maybe you could come with me and Va'ynna when we go shopping."
